Sweatetiquette

Here at Sweat we like to keep it fun, loose, and easygoing. There are a few things we would like to remind our membership of to keep it safe and comfortable for all who workout at Sweat Studio!

  • No smoking/vaping inside Sweat.

  • Please do not take glass jars, bottles, or anything breakable into the Breathe/Hot Room/Cycling room.

  • Please don’t let animals: dogs/cats/mountain lions in the Hot Room, Cycling room, etc. We want to be mindful of people with allergies.

  • If you are running late, more than 5-10 mins, please give us a call to put a mat down for you. If the room is full, please consider staying for the next class or rescheduling.

  • Please reserve your classes in advance by using the website or mobile app. If you are not able to make the class you signed up for please UNRESERVE so someone else can have the open spot.

  • Please check into every class using the kiosk.

  • We are happy to have well-behaved children hang out but please keep them off the workout equipment. We would hate for an injury to happen.

  • If you have any type of cold, fever, or symptoms of being sick please do not come to Sweat Studio. Take some rest and come back when you are 100%.

  • Towels and mats are available for use. Please make sure you to return them once you are done using them and spray them down after use.

  • After every class we clean the equipment and the hot room, please give us about 10-15 minutes in between classes to sanitize the room before claiming your space so we can keep a clean environment.

  • Once the instructor starts the class, please be respectful.

  • Please let the staff at Sweat aware of concerns that need to be addressed. We are here for you.

  • Please wipe down your equipment when you are done.

  • Please keep cell phone conversations private, stepping outside is best.

  • Please respect others’ personal space.

  • Please pick up after yourself.

  • Please be kind and considerate to others.
