Class Information

The Classes Below are all Performed in an Infrared Heated Room with Temperatures between 100-105 Degrees

Hot Barre: Hot Barre will keep you invigorated as you pulse, tuck, and shake through muscle-toning micro-movements. High energy music will keep you motivated to power through challenging exercises with additional props and equipment. No dance experience needed but booty shaken’ is!

Vinyasa: Vinyasa Yoga is performed in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. This class is an invigorating, powerful, energetic form of yoga where participants move or flow from pose to pose while connecting their breath to movement. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and mental stamina.


Hot 26: This class is great for those new to yoga or first time hot yoga students. This class is heated to 100-105 degrees and is a great introduction to the key 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in our traditional Hot 26 class. Moving at a slower pace, for one hour, is also great for those dealing with injury. Beneficial as well for more advanced students to slow down the practice, focus on alignment and breath, and practice mindfulness of movement.

Golden Hour: Golden Hour-This yoga class is performed in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. This class offers a combination of deep breathing exercises, standing balance postures, deep core work, and spine strengthening postures set to music.


Traditional Hot 26: Traditional Hot 26 is a set of 26 postures taught with two specific breathing exercises and practiced in a room with a temperature of 100-110 degrees, This is an hour and a half class. This class is designed with the same sequence in each class so you can develop awareness and appreciation for how you develop and grow, both physically and mentally, throughout your practice.


Yin: Yin is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses, for an hour and a half. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and facia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy).


Sweat Hot Pilates: Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout with an option to use light weights, resistance bands, and blocks. The room is heated to 100 degrees.


Sweat Sculpt/Heavy Weights Slower Movement: This one hour sweat sculpt class combines heavier weights and slower movement for a full body strengthening workout. Class is set at 100 degrees. Come prepared to sweat and sculpt!


Sweat Ultra Sculpt: Sweat Ultra Sculpt is performed is a room heated to100 degrees. It is a fun fast paced class that combines cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, using weights and bands. This class is 75 minutes and is not recommended for beginners.


Sweat HIIT: This class is designed to get your heart pumping. High intensity interval training preformed in a room heated to 95-100 degrees and will leave you drenched. This training technique pushes you to give all-out 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.


Ab and Booty Blast: This one hour class is designed to make your abs and glutes sizzle! You will use bands, blocks, and weights.


Sweat Soul Yoga 75: A challenging and fun combination of vinyasa and your favorite 26 poses to form a unique experience for your body and mind. Strength building and healing has never felt so good. Get ready to sweat to some tunes and reinvent the way you look at the 26/2 series!


Kids Corner: Kids’ Korner is available at the studio. Your child now has a place to create and play independently while you attend your classes. There is crafting table with art supplies, coloring pages, origami paper & folding instructions, and magazines pictures to make collages. In addition, there are fun games for your child to play with—puzzles, building blocks, marble maze tracks, and more. To keep this area nice and orderly for all the kids that come to Sweat, please help your child clean up the toys and art materials that he/she uses after your class is finished. It’s so important that your child feels equally as excited to come and create at the studio while you come to work out. *Please only bring your child if you feel he/she can responsibly play unattended while you are in your class.
