Circuit Training

Sweat is dedicated to bringing a variety of fitness options for our members. Our Sweat Circuit Training is led by experienced fitness instructors that know how to get the most out of you!

Our Circuit Training is a group fitness class that specializes in a full-body workout. We use timed circuits that include kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX, Assault Treadmill, Assaut Rower, and the Assault Airbike.

Our Circuit Classes are designed to be the perfect compliment to our Hot Room and our Cycling room. Please note: athletic shoes are required. Come give our group Circuit Training a try!
